The perfect year round getaway to the beautiful shores of Crystal Beach, Texas. This 3 bedroom 2 bath home is the perfect gathering place with an open floorplan made for entertaining, cooking and game night. If you've enjoyed a full day of fun in the sun relax in our therapeutic hot tub with 52 jets.

Feeling hungry? Grill up some burgers on the grill downstairs and enjoy your favorite games such as corn hole or ladder golf, giant connect 4, and Jenga . Don't feel like cooking? Hit up one of our favorite local eateries Stingaree or Jose's Cantina just minutes away.

For some outdoor fun check out Third Coast Parasail or give them a call to see when their next Banana Boat Rides are happening! Or simply pick out your favorite spot on the beach and park your car for the day and enjoy the sunshine, sand and water! Or simply come back to the house and relax in the hot tub or stream your personal streaming accounts on our Roku TV's.

2 ROKU TV's (Bring Your Own passwords for your favorite streaming apps)

KITCHEN: Fully equipped , beautiful granite counters, 5 person breakfast bar, 6 person seating at dining table, Drip and K Cup coffee maker, blender, cooking basics, ice maker, dishware & flatware.

Linens/Laundry: 1 bath towel per guest, all linens for all beds: sheets, pillows, quilts etc; hand towels, and additional beach towels in case you forget a few.

OUTDOOR LIVING:
Large covered deck with outdoor seating. Downstairs there is a gas grill, picnic table, and a private outdoor shower for rinsing off all those sandy toes from the beach. In the outdoor storage box find some extra sand toys, a hammock and additional beach accessories all for your enjoyment.

PARKING: Covered parking for up to 6 cars.

GUEST ACCESS: Guests will have access to the entire home, deck and underneath parking area to the home. Guests will enter the home via the front door which is up the main staircase and on the front deck of the home.

NOTICE OF CAMERA: Please be advised that for the safety of our guests and our property there is a motion censored security video camera on the top of the stairs leading up to the house.

Labor Day Weekend Getaway with Family
A wonderful long Labor Day weekend with family! This beach house is amazing! It has everything you will need to be comfortable and entertained! It is beautifully decorated and totally stocked with necessities, conveniently located to beach, The Big Store and restaurants! I highly recommend this home and hope to come back soon! My teenage grandkids had an awesome time as well as all the adults! We had a party of 7!

Cozy Stay Even When It’s Raining
Perfect house for family. Very clean and lots of fun stuff to do especially since it rained all but one day during our stay. Sara was in touch throughout our stay making sure we had everything we needed. Highly recommend.

Family Paradise
I loved everything about our stay. More than a 5 star stay. Let’s give it a 6 star. The house was cleaned and everything on picture was in person as well. Nice and cozy. Felt like home. I love the flooring color which jumped out to my wife. The house was amazing. I like it had hallways leading to room and out just an open floor plan. My son enjoyed the entertainment outside and played all day long. We also enjoyed down space nice and open and huge which led us to do our gender reveal for our second child. Wish I can upload pictures. But it’s a girl. Truly enjoyed the stay. Amazing stay.

Great Location
Loved the location of this beach house. Walking distance to the beach one way and ice cream shop the other way. The hot tub was a nice bonus in the evenings. Crystal Beach is a cute town. We will be back.

We had a nice stay for my 29th birthday with my family. The house was super clean and pretty. It was a short drive down to the beach and we had everything that we needed. The beds in the two rooms with the queen beds could have been more comfortable, but everything else was perfect.

Perfect birthday gift for my fiancé!
I stayed in this beautiful cabin with my fiancé and friends. The location was great with the golf cart we rented from Texas Custom Carts. The home was very clean and spacious! The location was in a quiet neighborhood. I loved the fact that we could bring our small pets!! The hostess was sweet at meeting all of our requests that we asked for! I personally would have loved to of seen more seasonings to cook with, and a baking dish in the cabin. The cabin did need more paper towels and trash bags for cleaning. We enjoyed the games and the hot tub was a huge plus! Overall, this is a 5 star stay and the hostess was awesome!

Winter Beach Getaway
We booked this property for our winter getaway to the beach. This property kept us entertained with a hot tub, puzzles/games, and a Roku! It was exceptionally clean and well stocked with everything you need. Plenty to do around Bolivar in the off season. You get the entire beach to yourself! We will definitely book this property again!

The property is very well maintained and exactly as advertised. Check-in/check-out was very smooth. The kids (11,14,17) enjoyed the hot tub and yard games. The house was very well stocked and we enjoyed cooking together-anything and everything you may need is there and in great shape/very clean. Sara is a wonderful host, she was very accommodating. Fun Beach Weekend
The 5 of us had a great weekend beach stay. The beds were comfy and the cubby bunks were more spacious than the pictures. Overall the home was lovely and clean with lots of great amenities. Nice to have fans in every room. The hot tub and outdoor shower were great. Lots of games too. We wouldn’t hesitate staying there again.

We really enjoyed the off the beach location. Close enough to the beach to load up in the car and gain quick easy access. The distance from the beach was also quieter than beach front. It was also peaceful at night to add to the relaxation. The host was clear with the rules and available if I needed anything. We would book again. Thank you!

Great Beach weekend
Great experience from start to finish, fully transparent owner. Easy to communicate with. Hassle free, hiccup free and all pictures and descriptions were 100% accurate. Now the property, clean, comfortable and cozy. The beach house was fantastic, great use of space, excellent beach decor made us feel right at home. Modern and clean appliances, big family island and filled with everything you would need for entertaining. The hot tub was very clean, easy to use and a treat after a days drive. Plenty of beach toys and games for the kids. Very safe and family friendly. We will be back.
