Welcome to peace and Tranquility! Enjoy the warm, relaxing ocean available in the Gulf without the hassles of international travel. A comfortable, two-bedroom home (sleeps 10) with a spacious, updated main suite including tub & walk in closet. Features a large 2nd bedroom and full bathroom, accessible from both bedroom and open living area. The kitchen, living room, and dining area are located in the middle of the home which accommodates easy social gathering. The kitchen has custom cabinets with granite counter tops. An island in the middle of kitchen faces the open living area and deck with beach view. The house-wide half covered/half uncovered deck is comfortable for both sun worshipers and shade seekers, alike. From here, you can listen to the ocean and watch the waves. The beach is clean and quiet for family fun. Beach access is a hard surface road and is a short walk away. You may also choose to drive on the beach.

Check in and out process was super easy!! Home was exactly as described and VERY well stocked!! Although we didn’t walk to the beach, it’s easily doable! The host was very communicative and shared lots of helpful info about the community/shopping/etc. Wouldn’t hesitate to book again!!

Lovely Stay!
Really enjoyed this peaceful and quiet property convenient for all things birding during migration on Bolivar Pennisula! Master bedroom bed was really comfortable and the garden tub a welcome relaxation after a long day walking. Kitchen large and well appointed and all the extras in the pantry a welcome surprise! Made it very convenient for cooking our own meals! Was overall a wonderful stay!

My family had a great time at the property. They had just about everything you might need from kitchen items to plenty of towels and sheets. Great view of the beach from the porch and it’s only a short walk to the beach. The owners were very helpful through out the stay. I look forward to coming back!

Our peace and Tranquility Stay
Second time to stay Father’s Day weekend from Friday and left on Monday. Quiet, comfortable place to relax and then go down and enjoy the beach. All the people encountered in the neighborhood and beach were so kind and friendly. This beach is much quieter and less crowded that the Crystal Beach area. Hope to come again next year uf not before.

It was my b-day and the Lord blessed me with a Texas slam and my biggest red ever (over slot with a safe release). As far as the house lol, it was nice and accommodating. NO HOST FEE!!! Direct contact with the owner very responsive and kind. Thank you Kathy!

AMAZING 60th Birthday Getaway!
We surprised my mother with a getaway for her 60th birthday and she absolutely LOVED it! The location, the atmosphere, the wildlife, and the house itself is very welcoming. It came outfitted more than enough linens, towels, dishes, and entertainment. The garage below also came with plenty of beach supplies (including a beach umbrella) and toys for kids! The porch had just the perfect outlook to see the ocean and enjoy the breeze. My family really enjoyed drinking our morning coffee listening to seagulls and enjoying the sunrise. We will be returning :)

1st Beach House MiniVacay!!
I didn’t know what to expect going into a beach house- I literally brought my entire house for a weekend stay lol.. However, we walked into this house and everything was cleaned, fresh sheets, everything worked, KITCHEN WAS GREAT!!! COZY AND SPACIOUS FOR FAMILY OF 5! My kids enjoyed every minute being there! We walked to the beach, 5 minute walk. We set up with no problem, very quiet and peaceful as it says! WE WILL BE RETURNING FOR SURE! Thank you for the hospitality!

Needs some attention to detail
My husband and I traveled 12 hours to stay here. At first look everything seemed fine, the house itself is very beautiful and the furniture is nice. The bed was very comfortable. The beach was a little farther than I expected. A long walk for two older people like ourselves. We only used the master bedroom and bath as there were only two of us, but the place was not real clean. I had to clean the bathroom myself. There was no toilet paper in the house. The master bathroom cabinets and drawers had hair brushes, combs and other people's items in them. There was a lot of hair in the bathroom. Someone had taken a bath with oil and had not cleaned the tub. The refrigerator was not clean and would not even really make our bottled water cold. It was set on the coldest setting already. There were many broken items around the house...Mini blinds in the living room, patio furniture, lawn chairs. I took two lawn chairs on the long walk to the beach only to discover that they were broken. The bed sheets were old, worn and stained. The kitchen cabinets had a lot of junk in them. There were empty wine and pop bottles on the cabinet. Were these suppose to be decorations? I think empty bottles of Arbor Mist and Dr Pepper are trash. There was no cleaning supplies that I could find except for windex and bleach. The other cleaning product bottles were empty. I did speak to the owner and she apologized. Evidently the persons she has managing are not doing their job. This property could be amazing with more TLC and attention to details.

Great place!
Great location and the house was very nice and clean. Very quiet area and love having a view of the water, in several spots between cabins. Also loved having the marsh area on one side with no cabins. We will definitely be back next summer.
