This 3 bedroom, 2 bath sleeps 10 people, is beachfront and is located in the quiet part of the peninsula in Caplen. With its large yard and large sun deck area your family will have plenty of room to enjoy the sun and sand of the Gulf at this beach cottage! The downstairs area is the perfect spot to grill family meals that can be served while sitting around the picnic table.

Centurion offers all the modern conveniences of home This house has a fully stocked kitchen with everything you will need to prepare your meals while on vacation.. (regular drip coffee maker). There is 1 king, 2 queens and 2 queen futons in the loft upstairs that provide plenty of sleeping room. The home has WIFI for your convenience.

You will love the rustic charm of this home with panoramic views of the beach all through the house. Being a just few steps from the beach makes this house the perfect spot for you and your small group! No large events, please.

2nd time staying here
The location is unbeatable. Its literally right on the beach with decks that stretch out just feet from the sand. The house is spacious and has most everything you need. I do have to say though that the house needs a little updating. One of the rocking chairs is broke. Like i almost fell out of it when i sat in it. The speaker is blown on the tv in the living room. There is only one bedroom with a TV and its not the master. Under the kitchen sink is kinda gross and is leaking and moldy. I really hope these things can be fixed by next year, because i would love to stay here again if it is. The location makes this rental. The beach was beautiful when we came. We spent a lot of time riding the beach on our 4-wheeler. The water was clean enough to see your feet when out deep enough for the water to reach my chest.

The location of this house is absolutely amazing. The views from the deck were beautiful. There was a lot of seating and places to sleep if you were to bring a group (we may be back with some family) I wish the extra TV would have been in the master bedroom instead of smaller room. The house could have been cleaned better. The comforters on the beds had stains and there was sand left on the tables. We had to put the sheets on the beds ourselves so i saw that the matress protector and pillows looked old and had stains. The downstairs area had quite a bit of trash laying around. We just cleaned up a bit ourselves when we got there. Other than that everything else was perfect. Me and my husband had a wonderful weekend.

Our family full of educators have been VRBO customers for many years. Every year we do a week on the Texas coast. The most important things to us are easy access to the water and comfort of the house. The pictures of the location do not do justice- It’s the best location and beach access we’ve ever had! First of all, you’re sitting on almost an acre of beachfront property. This means your neighbors aren’t close at all! You walk out the front door to literally the ocean in your front yard and two large decks to accommodate daytime and evening sounds and sights of the water right in front of you. Swedes was available for any question 24-hour a day and provided excellent customer service. Will definitely stay here again!

The house fit all the requirements for a fun weekend. Our 14 month old grandson got to experience the beach for the first time and we got to see his joy. The house was easy access to the beach and plenty of room for us all. Would rent this house again!

Very bad conditions of deck boards. Maybe a cover over deck ,outside light by door .Bedrooms are very hot No cold air comes out vents
