Along with gulf views from the home, you'll also enjoy on-site access to a sparkling beachfront pool and a private neighborhood beach path. The spacious, fully fenced yard sets the stage for outdoor living and lawn games. Fort Travis Park and the Galveston Ferry are 15 miles west of the home.

Bright and stylish, the immaculate interior features a three-level layout, complete with elegant coastal decor and a breezy beach-themed motif, along with a host of all-new appliances and furnishings. An in-home elevator and stairs offer universal ease of access. The main floor occupies the uppermost level of the home, boasting phenomenal views from three sides of the open-concept living area. Twin sofas and armchairs welcome group gatherings, and a smart TV is equipped for family movie nights. The deluxe full kitchen showcases a suite of high-end stainless steel appliances designed to inspire mealtime inspiration, and there's plenty of seating between the breakfast bar and banquet-style dining table. The covered deck comes furnished for alfresco, water-view dining.

Three bedrooms, including the primary, include private en suite bathrooms. A common area full bathroom is located on the second floor for household convenience.

Home essentials include central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
