Crystal Beach Escape is a majestic 4 bedroom, 3 bath beachfront home with your own private beach access and sleeping for 16 people.

The space
Enjoy amazing, unobstructed views of the gulf and beach from both the deck and balcony, as the decking fully surrounds the house and provides comfortable options for enjoying the breeze off the gulf, an outdoor meal or just relaxing in the sun. Wake up to sunrises with the sights and sounds of the waves rolling onto the beach. The entire property is on almost an acre with lush landscape that creates space and privacy, while having a private walkway on property over the dunes directly to the beach.

The outdoor area downstairs is great for entertaining friends and family. This includes: Oversized Tiki bar, hot tub, a built in outdoor grill with wind block, a private outdoor shower to wash sand off, both front and back yards with space for volleyball, frisbee, corn hole toss, etc, as well as plenty of outdoor furniture.

New Updates June 2024:
This majestic property has just just been fully renovated, adding and updating many luxuries including a large tiki bar with custom chairs and stools, new Bullfrog Hot tub, new wind blocked built in outdoor grill, Elevator/Lift that opens into the living room, an oversized Generac Generator in case of power outage, Starlink Internet for more band width and stability, 2 brand new AC units, built-in surround sound TV & Stereo, etc etc.


Endless Sleeping Options:

Downstairs on the main living level you can enjoy 1 bedroom that has a full bed, twin bunks and direct deck access. Upstairs this home features 3 bedrooms, each with your very own access to an upper level deck overlooking the landscaping to the private beach walkway and beach. Wake up to coffee on the deck giving you a direct view to the gulf!

Crystal Beach Escape also includes its own 24/7 Concierge Service that is able to assist with anything related to the house and any guidance regarding the Bolivar Peninsula / Crystal Beach during your stay. The best
This family trip revolved around my father who suffers with Parkinson's and Dementia. All stair openings have gates and lift was handy. First floor provided access to one bedroom, kitchen, LR and laundry. Plenty of room inside and out. Beach access was easy. Everything needed was supplied. I highly recommend this place. Communications with property POC was easy when needed.

Overall very nice property. Loved the access to beach, however not a safe area for younger children around tyhe holiday with golf carts, atvs and dirt bikes racing down the beach. Too crowded.
