Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
Forfærdeligt. Ejeren kendte intet til vores booking. Nægtede kendskab til Hotels. Com Sagde han intet internet havde. Vi kunne se det ikke passede. Han sagde at det var hans private hjem. Han sagde at han ingen penge havde fået fra Hotels. Com Efter et par timers diskuteren indvilgede han i at lade os bo på et værelse. Værelset viste sig at være ulækkert og stinkende. Derfor fandt vi et hotel og flyttede. Vi kontaktede Hotels. Com telefonisk i processen. Deres eneste hjælp var at vi selv skulle betale ejeren ( selv om vi havde kvittering på at have betalt gennem Hotels ) Når Hotels så om nogle dage havde undersøgt sagen ville vi få vores penge igen. Vi fandt dette forslag uacceptabelt.
