Villa moderne située dans un bel environnement et au calme
Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans cette villa bien située et joliment aménagée. Un petit point d’amélioration concerne les odeurs d’eau usée le matin : les canalisations ont besoin d’un petit traitement.

Maison calme et agréable
Maison très calme, propre et confortable, avec une belle terrasse Joli coin, maison à 5 minutes de la plage. Petit point d’amélioration: pas de serviettes, draps en supplément et absence des produits de base (sel, poivre, vinaigre, etc)

Erholsame Tage in Port Bail
Wir haben den Aufenthalt im Haus von Aurélie sehr genossen. Das Haus bietet alles, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub in der Normandie benötigt. Der Strand ist ein Traum! Für den täglichen Bedarf bekommt man alles im Ort. Wir haben viele Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad unternommen und kommen sicherlich wieder!

Emplacement de la maison idéal
La maison est propre, bien équipée et confortable. Son emplacement est idéal pour un séjour en famille. Il manque toutefois un espace de rangement extérieur fermé pour ranger les vélos ( vent et pluie sont assez fréquents dans cette région). Le linge de maison non inclus aurait été apprécié pour ce type de location.

Schönes und neues Ferienhaus in Strandnähe (ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß)
Das fast neue Ferienhaus liegt in einem Ferienhausgebiet ca. 2 km von Portbail in der Nähe des Hafens. Zum sehr schönen Strand sind es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß. Das Haus hat drei Schlafzimmer, ein sehr schönes Bad, eine Gästetoilette und eine schöne Terrasse. Die Terrasse ist nach Westen ausgerichtet und, da auf dem Grundstück davor noch kein Ferienhaus steht, hat man ab Mittags den Rest des Tages Sonne auf der Terrasse, im Garten auch schon ab dem frühen Vormittag. Abends können die Sonnenuntergänge angeschaut werden. Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist komplett, uns hat nichts gefehlt. Parkplätze für mindestens 2 Pkw sind vorhanden, auch Fahrräder können geschützt unter einem kleinen Unterstand abgestellt werden. Die Organisation der Hausübernahme und der Schlüsselabgabe war perfekt, auch die Kommunikation mit Vermieterin war sehr angenehm. Dank dem Google-Translator, denn die Vermieterin spricht nur Französisch, wir dagegen fast gar nicht. Das Haus, der Ort Portbail, der Strand - einfach alles - hat uns sehr gut gefallen! Wir würden das Haus jederzeit wieder mieten!

Ein toller Urlaub...
...in Portbail. Das Haus war quasi neu (Baujahr 2022) und super eingerichtet. Auch die Ausstattung in der Küche war komplett, alles was man brauchte. Wir kommen gerne noch einmal!

Dit huis is nagenoeg nieuw, compleet en met zorg ingericht. Vanwege de ligging een uitstekende uitvalsbasis voor uitstapjes en op loopafstand van het strand. Wij hebben genoten van onze vakantie..
