-Booked this hotel, and upon arrival, staff had no idea we were coming (did not have reservation in hand).
-We waited for 30 minutes while they prepared the room. This involved several phone calls back and forth between the "front desk" and whoever else is in charge. I had to repeatedly show my reservation from my cell phone.
-Then after waiting for 30 minutes (for a room to be set up), we were given a room that did not at all match the description online. While it was a nice enough clean room, it was more expensive than better hotels in the area.
-We decided to leave because we did not want to stay there, and I have been unable to get a refund.
-The restaurant was not open when we were there.
-Do not book this hotel. It is overselling itself, and the service is quite poor. Though people were friendly, it was clear that the establishment is new, has had few if any guests, and does not know how to provide services befitting of it's price point.
