"Geejam was fantastic the only disappointment was we only booked 2 nights!! Will definitely return for longer next time,on our must return soon list. From the moment we arrived the staff couldn't of been more helpful and friendly. The room was just as pictures show ,we loved the artwork on the walls brought the jamaican vibe alive the view was breathtaking.OMG the food was delicious best oxtail and jerk chicken we have had. The swimming pool was great so warm and yet again the view WOW . Thank you Geejam( Steve and co)for a wonderful stay can't wait to return "

"What an amazing place! We absolutely loved our long weekend at Great Huts, so much so that we just hung out enjoying the beautiful lush jungle property and adjacent Boston Beach rather than venturing forth to see other sights in the area. This is not for you if you need luxury and a/c, but don’t hesitate if you love nature and being in the great outdoors, quirky artistic hut accommodation, good food and wonderful friendly staff. We especially loved the constant sound of the crashing waves that came with our fabulous Fig Tree hut. Thank you Roberta and everyone else at Great Huts for a truly unique experience."

"Beautiful tropical grounds really well cared for, lovely poolin great surroundings. Villa was clean and comfortable but needed a little TLC as jaded at the edges. Staff all very welcoming and friendly. Meals on the Hummingbird Terrace were tasty in lovely surroundings"

"I spent 3 weeks at the Villa with my mom and brother and we had a great time. Portland is a beautiful parish so being in the hillside with the panoramic views overlooking Portlands beauty was just breath taking. Donna is a very gracious host, very accommodating and responsive. Communicating with Donna before we even left for JA and during our time there was easy and pleasant. Donna made sure to provide useful information in the villa such as local places to eat, nearby beaches etc. On our first morning she drove us in to the town so that we could buy our groceries as the hill up to the villa is not really one you want to be carrying heavy bags up. The trek up to the villa is quite the workout but a few days in and we were walking that hill for fun and well...the views once you get up there make it all worthwhile. The villa is very spacious and the balcony is a great place to chill, drink, eat and take in the sun and views. During our first week we had a lot of stormy weather that delayed some of our plans. However, watching the storms from the villa was amazing, being there and seeing so much happening in the sky and over the landscape. The Villa pretty much has everything you need for a short stay but as we were there for so long, a few additional bits would have been great but we managed regardless. There is no aircon so it does get very warm in there. Salla the driver was great also and took us on a few trips. We would definitely stay again, Thank you Donna and Salla xx"
