Great friend trip!

Lovely stay
After our day adventures, we always looked forward to getting back to this home to relax on the deck with a great view and cool breezes. We had everything we needed. It was quiet, fully equipped and spacious. We hope to come back!

Snowshoe trip
We came to Port Angeles to snowshoe and sled up on Hurricane Ridge. The location was perfect, and the house was beautiful and clean. There was everything we needed and more! We really enjoyed our stay.

A Room with a View
Our stay at this property was wonderful. The house is very well stocked, from the kitchen tools/appliances to bathroom supplies, and the beds were extremely comfortable. We enjoyed watching the cargo ships & cruise ships go in & out of port from the upstairs living area and the kids enjoyed having their own chill space downstairs, away from the parents.

Great Option in Port Angeles
Very comfortable for our group of 8. Great view from the deck. Very responsive and accommodating hosts. Super close to town and the National Park. Hot tub was nice after long days of hiking and driving.

Fantastic Location!
Our family with adult kids just spent a week in Port Angeles at this very nice home. The location is excellent, very close to one of the park entrances and to downtown PA. The views from the living room and deck are incredible, we spent every night on the deck enjoying a hard earned beer after hiking all day. The hot tub is perfect for sore legs too. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen. We loved it! Our only issue was a temperamental front door lock/key pad but we managed just fine. This is a nick pick as the property is excellent!

The view, the location and the vibe
The mid century modern layout, aligned furnishings, comfortable beds...complimented by two different "hangout" spaces and the outdoor space with the hot tub were very nice and all combined for a special trip. Besides the unobstructed views of "The Strait," the most memorable surprise was the "Prog Rock" collection of vinyls with LP player...favs in the collection for me included Yes (90125), Boston, The Who, Genesis, The Beatles and others. Will look to visit/stay here the next time I have a trip that brings me to Port Angeles.

Loved it!!
My teacher-friends and I spent a great girl's weekend at Sunset Straits, and we give it an A++ in all categories! Gorgeous view, lovely layout, charming and comfortable decor and thoughtful amenities. We enjoyed the turntable and record collection while playing games upstairs, watched some football in the comfy downstairs family room, easily prepared meals in the well-stocked kitchen, watched the sun rise and the weather change across the Strait of J de F as we sipped our coffee, and relaxed in the hot tub (which would have amazing star gazing on a clear night). We made trips into nearby downtown PA for great food and fun shops. A scenic drive to Lake Crescent and a PNW hike to Marymere Falls followed by wine tasting at Harbinger on our way back made for a perfect outing. All four of us loved the house, the surroundings and the overall experience. The house could easily accommodate families and multiple couples. Highly recommend!!
