"We have just returned from a very memorable week's skiing holiday in the pretty village of Valtournenche, staying in this fabulous chalet. Tori has been incredibly patient with our various reschedulings over the last year, due to the pandemic, and very helpful with tips and suggestions for places to eat out, ski hire etc. We were a group of 14 and there was plenty of space for everyone to feel very comfortable. "We had a big family reunion and ski holiday over Christmas and it was perfect! Beautiful part of village positioned above the ski in with a couple of lovely restaurants. Host could not have done more to help us and make us feel at home and welcome. We could either walk down to the ski lifts or leave ski equipment in the garage. Thanks for a great holiday! "

"Wir hatten einen perfekten Aufenthalt in diesem Chalet! Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet, hat zwei Kamine und einen großen Garten. Es gibt große Wohnzimmer, die Schlafzimmer sind eher klein aber sehr gemütlich. In den Küchen sind alle nötigen Geräte, Geschirr etc. vorhanden. Der Vermieter ist äußerst sympathisch. Ich würde das Haus jederzeit wieder buchen und kann das auch jedem nur Empfehlen!"

"The chalet was well kitted out with everything you needed for a comfortable stay. It was warm and had the addition of an open fire. It took us 10 minutes to drive to the slopes each day, which was perfect and meant we were skiing before 9am, with a short drive home after. The chalet is quirky with lots of different sleeping areas, the kids loved it."

"This Chalet is fantastic and Massimo was really helpful. Very cosy, clean and beautifully presented. Photos don’t do it justice. We slept well every night and had everything we needed for one Dad and 4 young adults. Parking was convenient and we were within easy driving reach of the slopes. The skiing in Cervinia was superb 😊👍"

"This place is dirty, cluttered, poorly equipped and not as described. The 'loft' bedroom has almost no head height, and the window they show has actually been boarded over so it's completely dark. Half the light bulbs did not work, the shower is tiny and the kitchen is even worse with plastic cuttlery!! There is a cement works next door so there are constantly lorries driving past, and everything was dusty from their loads of concrete. The dining chairs are held together by metal plates but...

"We arrived at 1530, for a 1700 check in and the hotel was utter chaos. Cars everywhere on the ramp causing congestion with no way past. Eventually got into the car park and lugged all our stuff into reception by 1545. The reception area was like a zoo. Bags, skis, and people everywhere. We were eventually seen and told our room would be ready in 30 minutes and to go back. 30 minutes later, I went back and was ignored by 4 receptionists who just kept walking past. Great value ski accommodation

"Stayed in the residence - self catered apartments - which have been nicely modernised over the last few years. Basic setup but has everything you need for a ski trip , and the property is right next to the lifts so virtually ski-in, ski-out. Value for money can’t be beaten anywhere in the alps. Decent choice of bars and restaurants in the vicinity and the wider town. "

"Loved the breakfast, really great options, above and beyond. Staff courteous and helpful without being overly warm and welcoming. The hot tub/spa is 25 euros per person for 2 hours, honestly this is way too expensive and not clear on hotel listing. The room was spacious with a good view and amenities, loved the little coffee machine.The area itself is very lively with lots to see and do within an easy walk of the hotel."

"This was our favorite hotel on this trip. The staff was amazing and responsive via Expedia contact. Great breakfast. Worth paying for. It was within a walking distance to the next town Saint Vincent. We loved the balconies. The only feedback we have is to get more thick pillows. The pillows were pretty thin."
