"Beautiful Hotel, very well kept, with very warm staff. I took my parents here so that they could visit Assisi (Also very beautiful). Breakfast was good: panini pressed my sandwiches :D. Would like to come back in the summer time and try out the pool. Thank you for the wonderful stay."

Daniele, the owner, went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable. When our car was unexpectedly towed, he didn’t hesitate to take us to the location, free of charge. "Looked amazing on the photos but not as nice in reality, check in was a bit of a pain having to call and wait for staff to turn up from a different hotel. Room was new but lots of corners cut. Breakfast was great and barman and staff at breakfast were really nice, "

"Accueil très sympathique, appartement spacieux et la piscine est un atout majeur pour un week end de repos en famille. L'avantage de cet agri-tourisme est sa proximité de la gare de Chiusi (environ 10 km) ce qui nous a permis de nous y rendre en train+vélo! Les seuls petits bémols que j'y ai trouvé sont les moustiques: installer de vraies moustiauraires serait une bonne idée. A noter aussi que la ligne de train passe à 1 km: ce n'est pas génant du tout au niveau du bruit mais ca donne moins...

"Un forte rumore, costante durante la notte, ci ha impedito di dormire. Al check out, spiegata la situazione, il personale era già a conoscenza del problema. La cosa ci ha lasciato al quanto delusi. Camera pulita, colazione deludente e notte in bianco. "

"The house and location are perfect for a family holiday, the pool is lovely and there are plenty of covered areas in the garden in which to relax when the sun gets too hot! The proprietors are very accommodating and fixed any issues (washing machine failed during our stay) immediately. The only thing to be aware of is that the region near the lake does suffer from mosquitoes which come out in the evening - so take repellent with you as it’s expensive in Italy!"

"Very satisfied with this choice of hotel in Oriveto. We arrived in the evening after 9 PM. No Uber or Taxi service. we contacted the Hotel and they immediately located a driver who whisked up to this lovely property which is 5 minutes to the Square and less than 10 to the Duomo. No hesitation recommending this hotel which is just as it appears in photos and is good value. "

"Very clean and updated property. The staff were very professional and welcoming. Breakfast was amazing with a great selection of fresh fruit, pastries, and eggs. The dining area is literally an art museum. The shower was incredible. Everything was perfect. I would definitely stay here again."
