Une vue magnifique
Quelle belle surprise que cette location qui revêt un goût de luxe avec tout le linge fourni y compris les peignoirs. Cela sent divinement bon quand nous arrivons et le cadre époustouflant. Quant a l’accueil que du plus : bonne humeur disponibilité gentillesse guide et petites attentions et cadeaux. Que du bonheur. Le restaurant juste au dessus de la location vaut le detour

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt in dem Ferienhaus 😊 Es ist super, dass es eine Garage fürs Auto gibt & im Haus hat es uns an nichts gefehlt. Der Ausblick auf den See und die Berge ist fantastisch, wir kommen gerne wieder, vielen Dank!

Beautiful view
This is a lovely location overlooking Lake Lugano. Easy 20 mins into Menaggio on Lake Como where you can get the water taxis to visit Verena and Bellagio. Couple of things to note - if coming from GB be careful, no WiFi so make sure you have ample data. (The host did give us details for WiFi in another part of the building however we could not find the network). As others have said, the one-way lane the house is on is extremely narrow at one point. Our hire care had 2 inches either side. It would be very hard, if not impossible, in a bigger suv type car. Despite this the view is spectacular and very worth it.

Wunderschönes Haus
Wir haben hier mit unserem Golden Retriever tolle Ferien verbracht. Das Haus ist wunderschön und perfekt ausgestattet. Die Wirklichkeit ist noch besser wie der Internetauftritt, da in der Zwischenzeit die Ausstattung teilweise hochwertig erneuert wurde. Die Vermieterin ist sehr nett und großzügig. Wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Alles war wirklich super. Das Haus ist wirklich eine Perle. Der Pool, der Ausblick und die Umgebung sind hervorragend und die Gastgeberin selbst sehr herzlich, zuvorkommend und jederzeit erreichbar. Wir würden es jederzeit wieder buchen!

Superb house with wonderful view
We stayed for a week at this charming property in the hills above Porlezza overlooking Lake Lugano. The property was spotlessly clean and fully equipped with everything you need. The host lives only a short distance away and met us on our arrival day to give us all the necessary information about the house and local area. The house benefits from an amazing swimming pool which kept us cool in the hot sun but there are shady spots outside in the garden too. We can only rate this property with a 5/5 rating as it was so nice. Be aware that vehicle access is via a very narrow road but our BMW 4 series handled it ok…just! The house has an underground garage which was brilliant to keep the car safe and cool. We would love to stay here again as we had such a relaxing and enjoyable time.

Phantastisches Haus mit traumhaften Blick
Das Haus läßt keine Wünsche offen - großzügig geschnitten, gut ausgestattet, toller Pool und vor allem ein Wahnsinns-Ausblick auf den Luganer See und auf Porlezza. Die Gastgeberin ist extrem nett und jederzeit erreichbar, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt! Wenn man etwas zu meckern hätte, dann wäre es die Zufahrtstraße zum Haus - halt typisch italienisch für kleine Autos gebaut. Wir haben das aber auch mit unserem Kombi geschafft, an das Piepen der Abstandswarner gewöhnt man sich :-). Ich würde die Unterkunft gerne wieder buchen!

Tolle Lage, absolut phantastischer Blick, rundum zu empfehlen
Dieses Objekt ist wirklich etwas ganz Besonderes. Ideal, um die Seele baumeln zu lassen. Wunderschön gelegen, sehr ruhig, keinerlei Lärm, super komfortabel, ein wunderschöner Garten und Pool. Und ein super netter Host.

Traumhafter Urlaub
Bei der herzlichen Ankunft durch die sehr nette Eigentümerin waren wir erst einmal etwas irritiert, weil das Haus in Wirklichkeit viel großzügiger ist, als die Fotos vermitteln können:-))) Vom Schlafzimmer aus direkt zum tollen Pool, oder doch erst im Wohnzimmer hinter dem großen Sofa am runden Tisch frühstücken, oder lieber auf der überdachten Terrasse neben der Küche?!? Egal wo, es begleitet einen die ganze Zeit dieser Postkartenblick über Porlezza auf den Luganersee. Eine riesengroße Garage sichert das Auto kühl und zuverlässig ab. Die Einbahnstraße bergab wird zum Ende hin für einen normalen VW-Bus T5 an der letzten Kurve nochmal wirklich eng (links und rechts noch jeweils 3-5 cm!), ist aber machbar, wer fahren kann... Zusammengefasst: tolles Haus, tolle Ausstattung, tolle Lage! Es gibt hier wirklich überhaupt gar nichts zu meckern!!! Vielen Dank für den traumhaften Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wunderschönen Aufenthalt in der Casa Soleada. Die Begrüßung war sehr Herzlich.😊 Ambiente und Flair der Region ist unbeschreiblich schön 👍 Das Haus ist wirklich sehr hübsch eingerichtet und wir fühlten uns wie Zuhause. Auf ein Wiedersehen in folgenden Jahren würden wir uns sehr freuen. Vielen lieben Dank für die wunderschönen Tagen, die wir in dieser tollen Villa verbringen durften. Ein traumhafter Blick und toller Pool
Ein wunderschönes Ferienhaus. Wir waren absolut zufrieden mit dem Komfort, der Ausstattung und Lage dieses schönen Ferienhauses. Der Pool war sauber und herrlich erfrischend, der Blick auf den See sehr exclusiv, die Nächte waren sehr ruhig. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und haben äußerst schöne Tage hier verbracht. Der Weg nach Porlezza ist relativ steil und die Strasse wird nach unten sehr eng. Mit einem Fahrzeug, das breiter als 2 Meter ist, könnte es schwierig werden. Auch die Garage war sehr groß und praktisch. Mit einem tiefergelegtem Sportwagen fährt man allerdings schnell mit dem Unterboden auf. Da muss man sehr vorsichtig sein. Fazit: Porlezza und das Haus sind sehr empfehlenswert und die Vermieter äußerst nett und freundlich. Wir können diese Unterkunft sehr gut weiterempfehlen.
