"Good value. On edge of los Cristian is so nice and quiet and high up for nice views of sunset. Great staff. Not particularly modern but comfy and very spacious. "

"Staff were so friendly and welcoming. We don’t speak Spanish but were made to feel so welcome and were listened to if we needed anything. It was a well kept hotel with spacious rooms and a lovely pool area, the kids pool was a hit. The food was a bit hit and miss and we didn’t get to sample the different restaurants as they weren’t open during our stay. Would definitely go there again."

"The hotel is set at the back of Puerto de la Cruz, but has good views across the town. There is parking, and at the time of writing, the cost was €10 per night. Although parts of the hotel are a little dated, it is clean, and well run. Staff were very friendly. We had the all inclusive. The food was a good variety of Spanish and International cuisine, and there was plenty of choices. The hotel had plenty of amenities, such as gym, tennis court, table tennis, petanque and pool to name a few. The hotelbhas extensive and well maintained gardens. Every evening there was entertainment each from 9-10.30ish, which was usuallya variety act. There is a free bus into town several times a day. The hotel lobby also has a an excursions booth. The room i had was large and clean with daly housemaid service. I really enjoyed the experience of The Blue Sea Jardin."

"The hotel is beautiful, the food in all 3 restaurants and the breakfasts were superb. Every member of staff we encountered were friendly, professional and attentive. A wonderful 5 star experience."
