"I can't say enough about how amazing Valentina is. During our trip from Lucca to Spoleto the day of check-in, our car ran into mechanical problems which delayed us by several hours. Even though we weren't present at the agreed upon time for check-in, she was very understanding of our situation, kept in touch and we managed to find an arrangement to be able to check-in (we had a family member who lives in Spoleto go and tour the property for us and have everything explained to her). The table on the patio was a favorite location for relaxing. It is a great place to stay with a car. The parking is convenient and taking day trips in Umbria was easy from the location. I would definitely stay there again if I was in Umbria."

"The location was excellent. The apartment was very comfortable, the patio was lovely, the lighting was very good, the kitchen was well-equipped, communication with management was prompt and effective. We took their advice about getting monthly parking and were glad that we did. Note: it's a walk up 2 flights, which was fine with us, the silverware/pots and overall could have been cleaner. A neighbor's TV could be heard in the breakfast nook and kitchen, but the apartment was otherwise quiet."
