We ask that you please bring your own sheets, pillow cases and towels, including tea towels, hand towels and bath mats.
Quilts, quilt covers, pillows are provided.
KITCHEN & DINING
The gourmet kitchen features a 900mm oven paired with a 5-burner gas cooktop, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and a full-sized fridge/freezer. Ample storage is provided by a walk-in pantry, while the expansive bench space, highlighted by a large island bench, encourages seamless socialising. The open-plan layout integrates the kitchen, dining and living areas, complete with four kitchen stools, a baby highchair and a dining table comfortably accommodating up to 8 guests.
LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT
The main living area is furnished with a generously sized plush couch, complemented by a wall-mounted Smart TV, DVD player and a cozy wood-burning fireplace, perfect for cooler evenings. A separate tranquil lounge offers a conducive environment for focused work or study, complete with a dedicated desk and a comfortable sofa. This versatile space can easily transform into a fifth bedroom, furnished with a queen-size sofa bed for added accommodation flexibility. Wi-fi is included at this property.
HEATING & COOLING
The living room boasts a wood-burning fireplace to enjoy in the cooler months. Ducted heating and cooling are seamlessly integrated throughout the house, maintaining optimal temperature control regardless of the season. Additionally, a ceiling fan adorns the alfresco area, providing added ventilation and comfort during warmer months.

Main Bathroom: Equipped with a shower, full-size bath and vanity. The toilet is located separately for added convenience.

A secure double garage is equipped with a table tennis table, racks for bike and ski/snowboard equipment. In addition, a dryer and drying racks are supplied.
One car will fit inside the garage and additional parking is also available on both the driveway and within the court.

Fully secured backyard with an outdoor gas BBQ, complemented by alfresco seating arrangements, including a table with seating capacity for 8 guests, offers a delightful setting for outdoor dining, with a retractable outdoor blind and ceiling fan, providing added comfort whilst enjoying the picturesque views.

Guests have full access to the house and outdoor amenities.
