The villa is set in fully fenced grounds and features a large swimming pool, a 6 m² children's pool, a hot tub and a sauna. Enjoy al fresco meals on the covered terrace with dining table and barbecue. Other amenities include a guest toilet and three parking spaces. The villa is spread over three air-conditioned floors. The ground floor comprises a stylish living room, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom. The first floor has two double bedrooms, each with its own shower/WC. The second floor (top floor) offers a double bedroom, a bathroom with bath and separate shower, a storage room with washing machine and a balcony with panoramic sea views. Villa M is located in Mihelii, only 6 km from Porec and 7 km from the nearest beach. It offers an ideal location for exploring the rich cultural heritage of Porec, including the famous Euphrasia Basilica. Please note that this property does not accept youth groups or stag and hen parties. A youth group at this property consists of persons aged 26 years or younger.

Wir waren für eine Woche in der Villa M und waren begeistert. Die Ausstattung war definitiv eine 10 von 10. Wir sind absolut herzlich empfangen worden und konnten sogar schon deutlich früher einchecken als angegeben. Eines unserer Highlights war der Empfang mit frischem Obst und kroatischen Snacks. Die Kommunikation mit unseren Vermietern hat ohne Probleme funktioniert. Der Pool und Außenbereich waren der absolute Wahnsinn. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder! P.S. Es passen ca. 8 Pooltiere in den Pool ;)

„Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich perfekt.
„Das Ferienhaus ist wirklich perfekt. Sehr viel Platz, jedes Schlafzimmer mit eigenem Bad, der Pool, der Whirlpool… Die Küche ist komplett ausgestattet. Es fehlt wirklich an nichts. Zur Begrüßung gab es eine riesige Platte mit Käse und Schinken, Obst, dazu ein großes Weinregal mit freier Auswahl. Auch den großen überdachten Freisitz und den Grill haben wir sehr genossen. In der Nähe gibt es hübsche Restaurants und in wenigen Minuten ist man mit dem Auto in Poreč am Meer.“

Super lieber Empfang und auch wir durften etwas früher rein.
Super lieber Empfang und auch wir durften etwas früher rein. Die Lage ist toll, sehr ruhig - bis auf die Hähne, man ist sehr schnell in Porec und im Gewerbegebiet mit zig Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Den 1 Punkt Abzug gibt es weil es in dem einen Bad etwas schimmelt, aber das wird nach der Saison behoben.
