Villa Eufemia is a spacious holiday house with swimming pool on a large fenced property near Zbandaj where there is a shop, café and restaurant. Porec with the many beaches and a lot of entertainment, cultural and sports facilities is only 8 km away.
Villa Eufemia has an outdoor swimming pool, swing and slide for children, 3 parking spaces and a summer kitchen with separate toilet and barbecue in the basement of the house.

Holiday house on three floors with a total living space of 245 sqm. On the high ground floor is a spacious, air-conditioned living room with two sleeping possibilities, fully equipped kitchen with dining room, a shower/toilet. On the upper floor (high attic) there are in total 4 double bedrooms, one with double bed and shower/toilet, two with double bed and one with two single beds, bath/toilet in the corridor where there is the second air conditioning.
NOTE: The house is located near a busy road. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
