Villa offers its guests in the fenced plot of 330 sqm an outdoor pool of 32 sqm, garden furniture, a covered terrace with dining table, deck chairs and 2 parking spaces at their disposal. The property is located next to a road.



Villa Balzarini has an area of 120 sqm and is spread over two air-conditioned floors. The ground floor has a living room, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen and a separate WC. On the first floor of the house there are three double bedrooms, each with an en suite bathroom and SAT/TV. Guests also have access to the roof terrace. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under. Do not book this property if you are a youth group or a stag/hen party, as your booking will be rejected post-booking, which may include on arrival at the property or during your stay and you will not be refunded.
