House Tolic is a beautiful holiday house with swimming pool only 4 km from the town of Porec and beach.
On enclosed property there is a 24 qm swimming pool, barbecue, deck chairs, covered terrace with dining table. A few minutes by car you can find shopping centre, cafes, restaurants, ATMs.

House Tolic is a fully air-conditioned one-storey house of 132 qm. Guests have at their disposal a living room, fully equipped kitchen, a room with two single beds and an extra bed, two double bedrooms and two separate bathrooms. Please note this property does not accept youth groups or stag/hen parties. A youth group at this property is one comprised of individuals aged 26 or under.
