"I can't comment on the hotel itself because I didn't get to stay there. I showed up at this hotel after another Valamar property in the center of town didn't have the room available that I booked. Hotels.com rebooked me here. When I arrived, the front desk told me they didn't know why hotels.com booked me there as they only had a room for 1 night, not 2. "Lovely hotel but service from staff is very slow. Also despite paying for a particular type of room they tried to give me a cheaper room upon arrival. This happened last year too.
