Villa Rosa is a beautiful 3-bedroom villa that offers a comfortable and relaxing stay for up to 5 people. The villa features 130m² of living space spread over two floors. On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room with satellite reception, along with a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can access the terrace area, which features a private swimming pool.
The first floor of the villa houses the three bedrooms, with two of them featuring double queen beds and one bedroom having a single bed. This setup is ideal for small groups or families of up to five people. The upper terrace of the villa offers a stunning view of the sea.
The outdoor area of Villa Rosa is equally impressive, with a private swimming pool (3x8m) and five deck chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The villa's well-kept garden is also a lovely feature, complete with a lawn sprinkler system. Additionally, the villa comes with a private and secured parking space. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so you will need to bring your own.
Our villa is located in the tranquil village of Zbandaj, approximately 8km outside the beautiful Croatian city of Poreč. There are lots of exciting places and activities around the villa for you to explore during your stay.
Poreč offers a variety of experiences to enjoy, starting with the Euphrasian Basilica, a UNESCO site known for its beautiful mosaics and stunning views from the bell tower.
