On the ground floor, you will find a spacious living and dining room with satellite reception, along with a fully equipped kitchen. From the living room, you can access the terrace area, which features a private swimming pool.
The first floor of the villa houses the three bedrooms, with two of them featuring double queen beds and one bedroom having a single bed. This setup is ideal for small groups or families of up to five people. The upper terrace of the villa offers a stunning view of the sea.
The outdoor area of Villa Rosa is equally impressive, with a private swimming pool (3x8m) and five deck chairs for relaxing and soaking up the sun. The villa's well-kept garden is also a lovely feature, complete with a lawn sprinkler system. Additionally, the villa comes with a private and secured parking space. Please note that beach towels are not provided, so you will need to bring your own.
