This beautiful house in a quiet location in the countryside, near Binic, is the ideal place to relax and spend convivial moments on the terrace overlooking the pool without opposite.
This modern house with its large living area decorated in light colors, is very spacious and can accommodate your entire family. The homey atmosphere of the large house will make you and your extended family feel right at home here.
The property is completely fenced and has a secure gate. The highlight is the swimming pool and the spacious terrace, where you can swim and relax in the sun to your heart's content.

Leaving the house, you only need to walk a few hundred meters towards the large sandy beach of La Banche in Binic to reach it. This is a popular seaside resort with a port. Its beaches are known by one and festivals. This place on the coast of Goëlo will be ideal to walk along the coast and explore the nearby town of Saint Quay Portrieux, with its casino.
In Lantic there is a large adventure park, ideal for children, with many games. You can also visit the zoo in Trégomeur. You have thus a rich vacation program that will make the whole family happy.
