Casolare Giovangrande is a cozy stone house, with a beautiful swimming pool, situated in the open countryside in the heart of the Casentino Forests of Tuscany.
It surrounded by greenery and nature and at the same time is convenient to the historic town of Poppi 5 Km away.
The cottage is accessible by 1.5 km of well-maintained private road.
The building Consists of two apartments with two entrances but communicating. Each apartment has its own kitchen and there are a total of 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 lounge / living room.

The apartments are equipped with wifi, washing machine, dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, espresso machine, kettle, iron, hair dryer.

The beds are as follows: On the ground floor in the main room there is a double bed in the second bedroom there are two single beds and in the living room there is a sofa bed for one and a half.
On the first floor in the main room there is a double bed and a single bad, in the second bedroom there are two single beds and in the living room there is a sofa bed for one and a half.

In the large garden is a trellised patio complete with table and chairs for outdoor dining. Off the garden with a barbeque area.
All surrounding areas are perfect for lovers of trekking, motocross, quad, mountain biking.

The town of Poppi is located 60 Km from Florence, 40 Km from Arezzo and 100 Km from Siena.

Eine Oase abseits des Trubels
Wir waren schon öfter in der Toskana aber wir haben noch nie so schön gewohnt. Wer Ruhe und einen wunderbaren Ausblick sucht ist hier genau richtig. Der Ausblick vom Pool ist wunderbar. Christina die Besitzerin ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Der Kontakt war immer problemlos. Wir konnten sogar das Obst und Gemüse aus dem Garten nutzen. Die Einrichtung ist liebevoll und wir haben uns alle so wohl gefühlt. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.
