"we had a terrible stay, once we checked in we were allotted a basic room with no window or balcony, we had booked a room with mountain view. it was a very very basic room, the bathroom was flooded we noted it to manager the manager promised to switch our room next day as he said they were booked for that day. we had done the reservations 6 months prior though where allotted a shady room on time of arrival."
