"GREAT location , Castle at the front desk for check in was amazingly friendly and courteous! The continental breakfast was good coffee was nice and hot. The only downside was one of the beds in the room seem to have broken springs on one side, but I reported it to the front desk. She was very polite upon checkout, a different staff member. we will definitely stay at this hotel again the next time we visited Savannah."

"I got stuck by icy roads trying to get home and booked a last minute room. The staff was super polite and helpful! I had no issues while I was there for a few nights. I definitely recommend giving it a try. I felt safe and the noise was minimal. Beds were comfortable. Thank you to the awesome lady who checked me in and was chipping the ice from the sidewalk. That’s above and beyond looking out for your customers. "
