"The cottage is lovely. I was a little surprised/disappointed by the close proximity of other houses as the pictures make it look quite rural. A good sized cottage with a beautiful garden leading out onto a recreation ground which was ideal for the children and walking the dogs. The cottage was well equipped and spacious with modern amenities including a lovely coffee machine and range cooker. Unfortunately there were somethings that we felt could be improved on. Lovely hotel! Shame about scandalous Xcover.com

"We enjoyed a two night stay in this lovely hotel. However, I was angered by the fact that we initially took out the insurance policy that was advertised on the Hotels.com booking page, at the time of booking and then instantly, afterwards, we cancelled the insurance policy, as it wasn’t needed, only to find that we had still been charged by the insurance company Xcover.com, when my credit card bill arrived!! Shame on xcover.com!!"
