"We have just returned after spending a lovely week in Rome. My wife and our 3 kids have enjoyed the wonderful sites, weather and food. The apartment is situated on the outskirts of Rome. It was very clean and well furnished with air conditioning and wifi. We spent the evenings sitting in the outside area where we enjoyed the summer sunsets with a glass of wine overlooking the olive trees! "My overall experience of the house of Bambi was absolutely terrific! The homeowner was very understanding and very helpful when heading to Rome to see the sites! The home is located only a half a mile from the train station. From the train station it is a 30 minute train ride to the Vatican and St. Peter’s Basillica. "We really enjoyed Anthony's Home. The hosts were excellent with communication, and the property itself is beautiful. We had a car, and the parking on the street itself was challenging, but there is a fairly good-sized public lot just two blocks away, and we parked there nearly every day with no problems. Two stops on Rome's subway system are easily accessible, and there is a nice grocery store within about a 10 minute walk through a spacious public park. We used the kitchen for a few dinners...
