"This property is well worth trying out, especially for longer stays. We stayed two nights entry was easily accessible, communication was great and everything was clean. Loved the kitchen and appliances were new and clean. The bed was very comfortable and the amenities of the washer and dryer were nice although not used. Vacuum was convenient as well as trash disposal on the property. The noise level was louder than expected. However, it was the weekend, holidays, and we're not used to a basement...

"Such a wonderful little apartment! Much better than a hotel room. We stayed 6 days and the location is great. Close to major freeway, lots of restaurants and shopping. It is beautifully decorated and has a totally equipped kitchen. Comfortable bed. Nice having a washer and dryer. Immaculately clean!"

"My daughter and I enjoyed our stay in this studio. The reason i didn’t give it 5 stars is because the loft bed is very wobbly and the ladder to get up is very insecure. We ended up using only the sofa bed for the both of us to stay safe. Very peaceful, clean place. Easy to access and close to everything."

"This property is new and spacious. It is really nice to have a 2 car garage, and the clubhouse gym is professional grade. The pool is closed this time of year, but still looked beautiful. This property is a great value with it's 3 bedrooms and 2.5 bath. There is an office nook upstairs with printer and desktop computer. There are lots or charging cables for different devises. Nice big TVs in living room and bedrooms. Have stayed here before and will certainly try to get this place next time!"

"When we first arrived, we were impressed by the size of the basement home. The entrance was easy to get to and very quite while we were at the apartment. The grounds were clean and we taken care of. The host Megan was very tentative, any questions that i had she and was eager to take care of our needs Wound be happy to stay there again replied very fast"

"We enjoyed our stay at Eagle Mountain. This location was perfect for us and conveniently located close to the arena where we kept our horses and bull. Gave us plenty of time to rest and relax each day before heading to the rodeo in Salt Lake. Comfy, cozy and in a nice neighborhood with a park across the street. We were able to have meals in and not spend so much time traveling. The chickens were an added bonus! We enjoyed seeing them in the mornings."

The only drawbacks were that the couch and dining seating are pretty uncomfortable and you can hear movement upstairs. "We used this place as base camp for our daily trips up Little Cottonwood for skiing. Clean, modern and the requisite hot tub. Very pleased with the full kitchen and little helpful details like spices and butter around to use, real wine glasses etc, perfect for stay. Great place as long as you can just ignore the little junk yard (Utah whyte trash?) next door."
