"This property is a true gem. Francoise was absolutely delightful in greeting us and explaining the property. The property has been recently refurbished and was in immaculate condition. The two bedrooms were comfortable with each having a private, ensuite, shower/bath. There is only 1 toilet for the apartment, so groups like ours with multiple couples need to plan their time but it all worked out for us. Thank you Francoise and Dominique"

"Sylvie’s place could not have been in a better location. Everything is either right outside of the building or within a 5-6 minute walk. We had a 1 year old baby with us so it was great to be able to pop back to the apartment for nap times and then be right back out in the action after the naps ended. This was the third stop on our tour of France and it was great to finally have A/C. It was a relief to come back to a nice cool air conditioned apartment. Would absolutely stay again"

"We really enjoyed our stay here. It's minutes walk from the downtown center of Beaune and was a very spacious unit. As mentioned in several reviews, the stairs up are reminiscent of an old castle staircase, what you would expect in a home of this age in Beaune, so if you can't stand to carry your bag up stairs, it wouldn't be for you. We are middle-age and healthy so we had no issue. I would definitely stay at this unit again."

"The stairs are very steep and windy to get to the unit and then again more stairs to get to the bedrooms on another level. I wish we had smaller bags to haul up the stairs! The beds were comfortable and the unit is very large. The shower was in a derp tub, so tricky to get in and out."

"Our apartment was clean, comfortable, and quiet with a well-equipped kitchen. Location was ideal for a short walk into the old walled city as well as the gorgeous vineyards. Jean-Charles could not be more welcoming and provided numerous excellent ideas for day trips in the surrounding areas. We will definitely come back!"
