Whether you're wanting to visit the local shops and cafes in Llano or want to spend a few days touring the wineries in Fredericksburg, it's all within a 25 minute drive. The bunkhouse is perfect with two bedrooms, a nice living space and full kitchen. The house is meticulously clean and all furniture is in great condition. We will definitely return. And why not- seeing all the cattle every morning and deer in the evening- what could be better. Love this place. "

"The place was very serene. I was able to focus on relaxation. The view of the river and bridge … I love old bridges… was great. The apt is cozy. The patio was great for viewing the yard and the Llano little river. Two squirrels were friendly too. "

"The word "Bliss" describes it perfectly! What a wonderful gem of a place. If you want somewhere peaceful in the middle of nowhere then this the place to stay. A little bit of decadence and a whole lot of comfort. Breakfast in an exterior building next to the pool which also serves as the bar (bring your own), the kitchen (big and friendly), games room (table top games), and general social area. Our river view room was tastefully furnished with a perfectly functioning bath and overhead shower and great complimentary items. Walk in closet, big tv with multiple channels, wifi, and large room just made it even more delightful. Do you like a soft bed? Then this is for you ... its like sinking into a feather heaven 😊"
