After booking a stay two months in advance, we were on the road to Paris when we received a notification that our reservation had been canceled. The host had double-booked the accommodation and, incredibly, failed to notice or resolve the issue until it was far too late.We were left stranded with no place to stay in Paris, forcing us to scramble for alternative accommodations at the last minute. This lack of preparation and communication is beyond frustrating, and the host’s failure to address the situation in a timely manner shows a complete lack of professionalism.If you're considering booking with this host, be aware that our experience was nothing short of a disaster.
