"From the listing, it seemed we were in an home/apt with it's own private pool. What we found was it was a small apt with lots of stairs and a pool you share with a whole complex of apartments. Plus, the pool is not heated and too cold to use. And there wasn't a hot tub as listed. It would've been nice."

Some problems with the water supply were promptly repaired after we informed the owner (Thanks to him - overcoming some language barriers!). "Our stay was for 5 days with my spouse and 3 sons (all 18+) and son-in-law. Property was big enough for 6 of us adults with a lot of beautiful windows for cooling down the apartment. It didn't help there was a major heat wave in Italy the time we were staying but the property mgr brought us an additional 2 fans to help as apt is without a/c.
