"Luca is a very hospitable and friendly host! The house is exactly as in the pictures with a private entry gate and parking. The jacuzzi is heated and very relaxing. We really enjoyed the late night BBQs next to the pool. The house is perfect for 2-9 people. If you would like a relaxing holiday with privacy and luxury this is the perfect spot for you!"

Stunning gardens with lots of places to sunbathe or relax in the shade including a lovely little pool to cool off in. Only 10 mins drive from Montecarlo where there are four or five excellent restaurants. Ideal to explore Florence/Tuscany and the Appenines too. You need a car. "

"We had a wonderful 3 week stay with 8 adults and later 8 adults and 2 children. The property was as depicted with well maintained pool and yard, outdoor dining area, well equipped kitchen. It is on 3 levels with connecting spiral staircase plus a loft. Sarah was a wonderful host, very helpful and responsive. Bagni di Lucca is well past its glory days, but still charming and a short rather steep walk from the house. This is not the Tuscany we imaged with vistas of rolling hills and hilltop towns:...
