Its location is fantastic—just a few minutes’ walk from Naples International Airport and the car rental agencies, making it perfect for travelers with early flights or late arrivals. The self-check-in system was efficient and easy to use, with clear instructions that made the process quick and hassle-free. The room was a standout feature—and almost apartment-like, with a comfortable bathroom and thoughtful touches like coffee and snacks provided. Another highlight was the early breakfast service starting at 4 AM, which was a great convenience for those catching early flights. Overall, I had a very positive experience and would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended for anyone needing a convenient and comfortable stop near the airport!"

"The hotel was excellent and the staff were very polite, helpful and welcoming but the area around it unfortunately is very run down which isn't the best welcome as you get off the train and walk into the town. It would be better if the city government made the entrance to town much more welcoming. "

"Tiara I think upgraded us to Room 100 which is suite. However, the door needed a key to open from the inside (to get out) which means we had to remove the key to operate the lights to use the key to open the door. When we do that, it s dark and can’t see the door. Luckily-our phone has a flashlight. Tiara meant well and we were just tired to be transferred to another room. Iyo and Tiara and Bruno were nice and very helpful."
