Beautiful Beachfront Home!
Great beach house right in the middle of good golf/grocery stores (north) and St. Augustine (south); about 20 minutes both directions. Stayed here with a group of 4 and we were very comfortable. Fantastic backyard and beach access! Would absolutely stay here again.

Great family stay!
We loved this property. The house is a great size and clean. The surf shack was handy for storing extras. And beach access was perfect. St Augustine is a cute town to explore. Lots of things to do! We would stay here again.

Family celebration
Our family thoroughly enjoyed our week at this charming beach house. The living spaces are well thought out so guests can come together or enjoy quiet time. The home was very clean and every amenity provided. The location was amazing. We enjoyed wonderful sunrises and long walks at the beautiful, private the beach. We can't say enough about this lovely home and thoughtful host, Maxine!

Best House Ever!!
We loved this house! We all agreed we should stay here again. The beachfront setting was gorgeous. We sat outside every evening on the patio enjoying the ocean breeze and the sound of the waves.

Beyond Awesome!
Pictures do not do this home justice. It had everything we needed and then some! The kitchen is small but who cooks on vacation. There are plenty of great restaurants including Fish Camp and Valley Smoke nearby. There is a great grill on the patio which we used on Memorial Day. Everything was fantastic and we plan to return next year hopefully for at least 2 weeks. Thank you Maxine!

Ideal Beach House
Our stay was wonderful! Our family group consisted of 6 adults, 1 2-year old, and a 6-year old! The beach was perfect: sparsely populated and gorgeous. The house was spacious and very comfortable. We were delighted with its cleanliness and its large, well-appointed patio. The host was thoughtful and responsive. We hope to return!

Lovely Beach Property
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in this newly renovated beach cottage. Everything was as described--and the kitchen is really that small! But we made it work! Maxine was quick to reply and very gracious. We have already booked a return trip and plan to make this location a tradition! Thank you for sharing this week with us.

Beautiful House and Great Location
There were six of us in this house, including two under 4 years of age, and we could not have had a better family vacation. The house is charming, quiet, comfortable, and beautifully maintained. We had everything we needed for our stay and enjoyed having such a pretty terrace and yard to enjoy in the afternoon, too. The property manager always responded immediately to any questions we had. We hope to return!

Wonderful Stay!
The house is perfectly laid out. Plenty of room with 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms inside. Living room great for group gatherings and porch room in the back worked for our group as well. We have adult children and while one watched TV in the living room the other was in the porch room. Amazing view with a beautiful backyard. Shack has a bathroom with shower as well which came in handy. We would definitely stay again.

House was just like the pictures!!! A lot of room for a family. The kitchen was small and no dishwasher. We usually go to Fort Walton-Destin Florida so the sand was a lot different. Full of sea shells and brown. We all had a great time!!!

Excellent House and Location
Our family has been vacationing on Ponte Vedra Beach for over 20 years and have stayed in many houses on the beach there. This was our first stay in this home and it was awesome. Perfect location, very secluded area, which makes it feel even more like your own private beach. Walk out your back door and enjoy a beautiful back yard, then walk down to the beach in seconds. Home has recently been redone and very nice. Kitchen is small, but we don't go on vacation to cook, so it was just enough for what we needed. Highly recommend this home.

Family Beach Getaway: A Perfectly Renovated Home on South Ponte Vedra Beach
Our family had the most delightful week at this beautifully renovated cottage on South Ponte Vedra beach. With a party of seven, spanning ages from 16 to 76, we were thrilled to discover ample space for everyone to unwind and fully enjoy their stay. The serene and tranquil beach area offered a perfect retreat, while the spacious backyard provided an ideal spot for soaking up the sun and engaging in lively games of bocce ball. The Solo Stove was an absolute highlight, providing cozy evenings around the fire pit, complete with delightful s'mores. Our highest recommendation goes out to anyone seeking a memorable and rejuvenating beach getaway.

Updated and well appointed! Lovely inside and out.
The original photos on the listing were few, and the images were low resolution. We ended up choosing the property based on location and hoped for the best. To our surprise the entire place had been updated! It is a lovely property, inside and out. We were there during the notorious "bomb cyclone" that had gripped the country, sending temps plunging. Temperatures reached freezing. (I hope not too many plants were destroyed). Despite the weather, we really enjoyed our time especially in front of the cozy fireplace.

Wonderful Weekend
We had a wonderful stay at this beachfront rental! The house was exactly as pictured. Each room was beautifully decorated. The beds were all super comfy and we loved the layout of the house. The kitchen is on the smaller side, but to our suprise there was a large pantry with all the supplies we would need. This is probably one of the best stocked kitchens I've ever stayed at. The beach is steps away. You cant beat the access or the views. The outdoor space was very inviting and we enjoyed sitting outside star gazing with the kids. Side note for anyone with small children: the waves crash right on the shoreline, and it gets deep fairly fast. Our kids just run in and out of the surf, but if you are looking to walk out into calmer water, this wasnt really an option. This could be time of year related, but a difference we noticed from north PVB. We really enjoyed this rental and hope to be back soon :-)
