Cosy, comfortable holiday home, with modern technology and a fantastic view of the Dolomites.The house is over 100 years old and tastefully furnished for two to four adults and one child up to the age of 14. It was completely modernized and was shortly refurbished and is a holiday home that can be lived in all year round and is equipped with every comfort. The house has three levels - each level is approximately 25 square meters. In winter it is heated with gas and wood - in summer it is kept pleasantly cool by the walls made of dolomite rock. It offers the visitor the opportunity to experience the holidays in a variety of ways; to be active, enjoy untouched nature, collect thoughts or rest. Dolce far niente!.....
The rustic living and dining room is on the ground floor. The fireplace creates a cozy atmosphere. On the same level, integrated is a fully equipped small open kitchen. Seperately, a bathroom with bathtub/shower and jacuzzi. On the same level there is a winter garden with a dining area.On the first floor there is a spacious bedroom with three windows with a wonderful view of Mount Serva. The room is tastefully furnished with a large double bed (180x200 cm), a wardrobe and a chest of drawers and a safe. There is also a TV in the room. Television channels are available in different languages.On the second floor there is a room that is set up as a sleeping and living room. Two single beds can be put together to form one large bed. An additional bed for a child can be added. The window has a view of Mount Serva. A cozy TV corner with satellite reception and a stereo system and desk complete the room.
It is a detached house and is completely fenced. You can drive up to the front door by car. In front of the house there is a beautiful dining area with a tent roof and outside light. Garden furniture and a parasol are available here. On the upper terrace there is a large grill and a beautiful, covered stone table.
Internet is available via WiFi. Please note that the data volume (3GB) is limited.
The surroundings impress with a wonderful view of the Dolomites, directly onto Monte Dolada and Monte Serva. There is a corner shop in the village (100 m). Various supermarkets are within 3 km. Lake Santa Croce is 5 km from the house and is ideal for swimming, surfing and sailing. The Nevegal Group is a hiking and skiing area and is 15 minutes by car from the house. There you will find four blue ski slopes, cross-country ski trails and an illuminated ski run. Within a radius of 3 km there are many typical osterias and restaurants and all shopping opportunities as well as a market in Ponte nelle Alpi and Belluno. The Prosecco area is 25 km from the house.Day trips to Venice and the Palladio Villas on the Brenta River can be visited from here.By car, both Venice and the Dolomiti ski areas of Cortina d'Ampezzo and Civetta/Forno die Zoldo are about 1 hour away.It is advisable to take the train directly from Ponte nelle Alpi to Venice.Other cultural cities such as Vittorio Veneto, Conegliano, Treviso, Padova etc. are close by.
