"This was a wonderful place to stay in Venice if you want to be away from the crowds! The staff were amazing especially Marco and Vincent at the bar!! My only recommendation for the property manager would be to upgrade the pillows as they were really flat and uncomfortable. "

"We checked in late (midnight) and Alyssa was so accommodating and provided self check in (which was easy and quick). She is great and very helpful. The room is very clean, spacious, simple but aesthetically pleasing, and I love that the hotel is environment-conscious (ie: shampoo in a big dispenser instead of small plastic bottles which we throw away after use). "Everything about this property was fantastic. The location was right in the middle of it all. Yet the hotel was peaceful. I found the rooms a smidgent dated. But super clean. The bell staff were superb and very hard working to go above and beyond. I would stay here again."
