"Two families stayed the long weekend here with 3 kids 10, 10, 8. It was beautiful and well kept, perfect little gem with a big property, covered semi heated pool and all the things you need in the kitchen. We enjoyed the sun, pool, gorgeous outdoor dinners and view. Very cool indoors at night. The host was so welcoming and booked us dinner 5 min away one night. Alassio is 15 min away down the windy road so convenient enough for a beach day and shopping in town. Easy parking. Just a perfect...

"Leider hatten wir das Inserat nicht genau genug gelesen bzw. etwas missverstanden. Wir haben aufgrund unserer Such "Rosella" angezeigt bekommen und gebucht. Vor Ort haben wir dann festgestellt, dass es sich dabei um eine Wohnung in einem 3-Appartment-Haus handelt. Die Bilder, die dem Inserat begefügt sind, zeigen Ansichten aus allen 3 Wohnungen. Auch war uns nicht klar, dass sich der Pool im Garten des Vermieters befindet und die Teilabdeckung dauerhaft ist. Aber wir hatten Glück - die anderen...

"Unfortunately the maintenance was very neglected, several things either didn’t work, were of poor quality, or old and dirty. Having to deal with repairs during your vacation is a real pain and waste of your time. The property is very dangerous for children as well as the elderly. Three is no grill outdoors (just a stone pit), there is a stairway with no railing (can you imagine?!?), home is located on a nameless dirt road high up a winding mountain which is a real pain having to go into town...
