"Absolutely horrible!! This is not a 4* hotel. For the first time during our trip we felt unwelcomed in a hotel. Everything about it and its staff was awkward. The guy at the reception didn’t explain anything to us. We were woken up by some Italian guy screaming and shouting at 6:30 am. During breakfast we couldn’t find our table, it turned out we weren’t even on the list. The organisation was poor to say the least. "The staff were all amazing. The hotel is right next to the ski lifts. We had a suite and it was amazing. The food was fair; we we're expecting much better food for $100 per night. The steam room was cold."

"Very close to the ski slops, local restaurants and bars. Ski rental downstairs and very friendly and helpful ski rental owner- Thoni :). Ski bus stops at the property. Very good communication with the owner, flexible check in/out. Very clean place, kitchen well equiped. Good value for money."
