"The pension as a whole is fine, separate bathrooms, the cleanliness etc is fine. The bed was extremely uncomfortable and a minor thing the coffee machine did not work. I had to contact the manager to see if my traveling companion was ok as she was not responding to my knocks on the door and the manager did not see any urgency even though the plans we had made were broken and I did not know where she was, she eventually turned up, but the manager did not."

"Luz, the house keeper, was amazing. She was really friendly and caring. If you need help with siteseeing, where to eat she helps you. The room was really clean, charming and nice. The location of the hostel is so close to the train station you can go walking, just 5-8 minutes from the station. It's a great place to stay in Vigo. "

"First of all this hotel does not have a front desk. There is a restaurant in 1st floor, and at the restaurant they will check you in. But the day I arrived at the hotel, it was a National holiday, and the restaurant was closed. So there were nobody at hotel, no hotel person to be seen anywhere. After 15 min later I saw hotel guest, so I asked for a hotel manager’s phone number. I called the number but nobody pick up the phone, I tried to call so many times, after about one hour, this manager...
