Azores Butler present you the Quinta da Morgadia. Located on the south coast of the Island, in Feteiras, near Ponta Delgada and Sete Cidades one of the most beautiful lakes of São Miguel Island.

The house has an outstanding view to the sea and a privilege vision to the sunset! Our house is completely isolated from other houses but at the same time near a small grocery store a small gas station with a coffee. To ensure your safety all our properties are cleaned according to the British Institute of Cleaning Science (BICSc) standards and with products approved by the EN 14476 standards.

We will provide you with all you need to have a great and safe stay on our Island.

The house has an outstanding view to the sunset and sea. With an amazing, spacious and safe garden where you can relax, take a meal or just play with your kids.

Feteiras is old a fishing village located at 10 km from Ponta Delgada, and just 5 km from to Sete Cidades lake. It is surrounded by mountain and sea and connected by roads to the rest of the Island.

Wonderful
Nicely appointed home just outside of Ponta Delgada. Clean, and spacious with beautiful gardens. We were 2 couples on our first visit to Sao Miguel and the proximity to the airport and city gave us the perfect "home base" while traveling the beautiful island of Sao Miguel. Would highly recommend for both couples traveling and families.
