There is access to the terrace from this shared living area. The kitchen is equipped with an oven, 4 gas burners, a toaster, kettle, microwave, freezer, and an electric coffee machine. It also has an exit leading to the garden. Additionally, there is a bathroom, a separate toilet, and a double hand basin on the same level.

The property does not have a heating system. On the upper floor, there is an open gallery area with one bed. There are two bedrooms, one with a French bed (140 cm wide and 190 cm long), and the other without a window, featuring two beds (120 cm wide and 190 cm long). The floors throughout are parquet.
