"Need an email with a code to open the lock box to obtain room key. I had to wait for another patron to open the box to get mine. The emailed code arrived 2 hours after I moved in. It was warm so we opened the windows only to be smothered by cigarette smoke from below. We could not park the car in the garage without the keys in the lock box. There’s a gas station in front with coffee, pastries, and essentials. Very small rooms. Had to open luggage on the floor which blew out my back. No...
