"Drop dead gorgeous lake without the jammed, crowded lake houses so many other Minnesota lakes offer. Unique island location. The sauna was immensely popular with everyone. Special feeling to float in the lake at night after the sauna experience. Armada of toys and games kept the young ones engaged. Kayaks and paddle boards. "Chris and Kensie are outstanding hosts. The details in their home were above and beyond what we were expecting for our quick work weekend in Detroit Lakes. The bath salts were my personal favorite after a long day. We were able to bring our pup and after forgetting to bring his dishes, we found a water and food bowl just for our good boy! Great location! Hope to come back for a more fun getaway next time!"
