"This is a good properties well kept, but staff could.be more.on their toes. For example, the refreshments offered at check-in often ran out, the sauna or hamman invariably did not work, and although I was entitled to an upgrade and late check out, neither was provided to me although there was obviously an upgraded room available because I could have booked it myself on their website when I checked. "Lovely clean hotel, very friendly staff who spoke perfect English when my French fell slightly short! Very short walking distance to the Groupama Stadium which was the purpose of my short visit. A few restaurants nearby and a large supermarket 5 minutes walk up the road. Would definitely stay here again!"

A wonderful castle, comfort for royalty

"Phenomenal property !!!! I was so happy with our stay - which was sadly too short. This was merely a rest stop on the way to ski. But what an incredible surprise. Super friendly staff - the welcome was professional and so wonderful. The place is a castle and you feel transported to the Middle Ages. Real fast is excellent. Super comfortable. I will return !!! "

"A great hotel for an overnight stay. The hotel seems newly fitted and all food quality fixtures. Plenty of parking, easy access to motorways and comfortable, air-conditioned rooms. Their breakfast is good quality and value. We’ve stayed here twice and would stay again. Staff are friendly and very helpful."

Nice hotel, awful staff

"The hotel itself is OK. It gives off this vibe like someone really cared when it started, the rooms and furnishings are really nice, but then completely gave up, as the details are cheap and staff is tragic. The checkin lady made me feel like her day’s worst burden, then said that the restaurant only sells frozen pizza and if we want something edible, we can drive elsewhere (in an establishment named Hotel Restaurant Riccoty). Later, when paying for the city tax, it took her good 5 minutes to come up with a bill for €1,48. To top it off, the staff forgot to call us a taxi, despite being repeatedly reminded that we really need it to be there early morning, less we miss our flight. Luckily, an Uber was near and flight caught, but I will never set foot in this hotel again. "
