"Studio room met our needs. Finishings are maybe a little dated but everything was clean and in working order. Pool area was adequate with beds always available.Quiet location yet in very easy reach of town centre and numerous nice restaurants. We would definitely return."

"This is such a lovely place to stay, very family orientated. The staff are amazing and so friendly. The property, grounds and pool were spotlessly clean. You need to have a car to stay here really if you want to get anywhere as it isn't really walkable to much. We stayed in a 2 bedroom villa which has everything you would expect and includes a full size fridge, dishwasher and washing machine. The site is gated and you are given the code on arrival. Parking is away from the accommodation, but...

"The good : • very professional staff, fluent english, highly communicative and very nice ! • fast access to the beach, fast access to the room by car and 15€ for electric charger for cars The bad : • the blanket is rather old • instead of 3 twin bed we got 2 and 1 for a child (60 kg max weight) • the room wasn’t equipped with soap or shampoo or bath tub. We had to ask for it"

"Our apartment was quite nice, large window opened onto piazza. A bakery and small market were directly across from us, information office around corner, the ferry dock 2 minute walk, and more restaurants, bars, cafes within 3 minutes than we could begin to get to. One small issue with our unit; no electrical outlets on kitchen counter (had to use tea kettle in bathroom) & pots and pans were on top shelf ( my wife wouldn’t have been able to reach them). "The apartments are in a residential area, 5 min walk to a pebble beach, 25 min walk to Desenzano centre (or there's a bus stop nearby) and 2 min walk to local shops and handful of restaurants. The pool and decking area was small but as there are only 6 apartments it wasn't busy. There were 4 bikes which residents could use free of charge. "We booked the Health House for a ten day holiday with two specific requirements - good self catering facilities (with a family of five it is too expensive to eat out every night) and a decent pool (my kids love swimming). Both easily satisfied.... well equipped kitchen (hobs, oven and lots of pots and pans..... although needed more cutlery) and a terrific pool.
