There are no frills but the layout of the house was perfect for 2 families and it is spotlessly clean and well equipped with everything you need. "It is within the city walls, but not in the oldest part of the town. It is close to the train station. The main avenue with most of the good restaurants is about 200 meters away. The location near the train station is quieter than that main avenue."
