"Wonderful"

"修道院の面影を残した内装や、絵画がたくさん飾られていたりと内部を観て回るだけで楽しめる素晴らしい施設でした。部屋もベッドが大きく、バスルームも広くて快適でした。朝食もとてもおいしかったです。立地も街の中心にある便利でした。 残念なところをあげるならば、アメニティはあまり充実していなかったのと、設備が古いだけあって便利な感じではなかったです。（コンセントの位置が不便、シャワーの温度調整がやや手間）コンシェルジュの方も不慣れなのか、チェックアウトにやたらと時間がかかったり、5つ星ホテルとしては雑な感じだったりはしました。値段が高くはなかったので、お値段相当という感じで不満には思いませんでしたが、あまり期待はしない方が良さそうです。"

"Great location, delicious breakfast buffet, loved the heated bathroom floor and very nice staff but not as many amenities that I would have expected. No water in the rooms and bathroom products were large and attached to fixtures. Overall, for the price and location and food I would definitely stay again, but I’ve been a bit spoiled by other hotels recently, so those minor items stand out. "Incredible room with view of the castle. The restaurant on site was SO good! The best mulled wine we had on our trip too! This hotel had so many extra thought and detail that made our trip even better. They included a robe for our toddler to wear during the stay and baby toiletries. Was an excellent experience. "
