"The property was excellent. Thanks for the goodies. My criticism would be gaining access and finding property. When driving it was difficult to find the property. A photo of front door would be helpful. The instructions for access could have been better by stating the ‘Lock box’ for the key to the apartment was outside the property by the front door. The lock box was also temperamental and difficult. Perhaps change the box and locate it by the door of the apartment. "

"We love coming to Sidmouth there is nice shop and tea rooms, book shops there is a nice big playground and the weather was very good warm for October/November and the best of all is this flat it's a nice sides it's got every thing you need and its got parking and iit very close to the shops and sea front we will be back next year "

"We had a wonderful week at Tina's place. Spotlessly clean and beautifully decorated. The location is really great as you are a very short walk to the city centre and about 10 minutes from the Quay. The kitchen is set up with everything you need to cook a gourmet meal if you wanted and the dining area has a beautiful table to enjoy it. "We loved this flat. It is the most well stocked kitchen I’ve seen. The hosts quickly responded to any questions we had. Blocks from the train station and city center. "Our group was myself and my sister with our husbands. Perfect to have 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms, with a large table and comfortable couch. The kitchen is amply supplied, everything was clean, well explained, and enjoyable. You can't beat the location and the view. We even had gorgeous weather and some lovely strolls around town. Only downsides are taking luggage up the narrow staircase and having to park off property, but those are not bad tradeoffs and can't be helped. We really enjoyed our stay...
